HOW TO START A KITCHEN OR ROOM DESIGN PROJECT

One of the questions most often asked at the beginning of a kitchen or room design project is ‘Where do I start?’ 

Presuming you’ve got at least an understanding of what you want from your kitchen or room project and know your budget, then you’re already on your way, which is great!

Do you have an architect’s drawing, or measurements of the room?
If you have an Architects drawing of your new project, that’s great! You can email it to us either as a .pdf or in .dwg format.  A self-drawn diagram of the room can be used too, simply take a photo of it and send it to us by email. The drawing doesn't have to be to scale but please make sure there are as many measurements as possible.

Arrange a home visit for a consultation
Please email Howard or call him on 01492 701443 and he will be happy to discuss your project and arrange a visit to your home. This first visit is non-chargeable and won’t cost you anything other than maybe a cup of coffee!

Once we’re in receivership of both your measurements and your wish list we will begin our initial kitchen or room design service where we will create ideas and offer recommendations. These ideas would then be costed and talked through with you. This personalised presentation of both drawing and quotation will help you to make a decision to proceed further and commit to our full kitchen or room design service, where we go into much greater detail of your design and produce working drawings for your kitchen or room design project.
